Who's responsible when it breaks at 2am?
Every website and application needs someone technically accountable after launch — for the server, the updates, the backups, the security patches, and the day something stops working. Some clients have that person in-house. If you don't, we stay responsible.
Website Continuity

Continuity is not unlimited development. Quoted separately:
- New pages, screens, features or user journeys
- New integrations or user types
- Significant UI redesign or rebranding
- Major architectural changes
- Content production beyond the monthly allowance
- SEO campaigns and advertising
Minimum term three months, then monthly. Either side can end it on 30 days' notice.

All prices exclude VAT. 50% to start, 50% on launch. Every project includes a 30-day defect warranty whether you take Continuity or not. Full scope and terms are set out in the Scope Schedule, which forms part of every agreement. VAT applies only to UAE clients; work outside the UAE is zero-rated.
